• Registration for Members and their extended family begins June 6th, 2023 at 10:30am
• Registration for Guests begins June 14th, 2023 at 10:30am.
• Registration closes Thursday, June 29th at Midnight.
• Registration will be separated into 4 event blocks.
• Block #1 July 1st 10:30am-2:30pm | Block #2 July 1st 3:00pm-7:00pm | Block #3 July 2nd 10:30am-2:30pm | Block #4 July 2nd 3:00pm-7:00pm
• Reservations can be made on ForeTees only.
• Registrations must include full details for each person including first and last name (No TBD's)
• Deadline for changing the names on your extended family list is June 26th and must be completed before your reservations can be made.
• Anyone not listed on your extended family list must be registered as a guest at the appropriate time.

Food and Beverage

• Food service is available from 11:00am-6:00pm.
• Poolside beverage service is available from 11:00am-2:30pm and 3:00pm-6:55pm.
• Complimentary Popcorn, Snow Cones, and Cotton Candy is available from 11:00am-2:30pm and 3:00pm-6:00pm.

Event Terms

• Member charge or credit cards only, no cash accepted.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• A cancellation fee of $15 per person may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
• No coolers, no flotation devices, and no outside food or beverage.
