KIDS FITNESS IS HERE!
Get your kiddos moving this summer with our Children’s Fitness Training classes at the Trailhead! These fun, engaging sessions are designed to promote overall fitness, build core strength, improve balance, and boost body awareness—all while having a blast!
Kids will enjoy a mix of instructor-led exercises, bodyweight circuits, and sports activities. Don’t forget: athletic shoes, a water bottle, and sunscreen are a must!
Days: Monday • Wednesday • Friday Ages 12 & Over : 8:45 AM – 9:45 AM
