Andrew J. Formato earned an economics degree at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and has worked as a sales trader at Smith Barney and Sanford. From 2000 to 2003, he co-headed OTC sales trading for Canadian Imperial Bank. Today, Mr. Formato is a managing director for Weeden & Co. in Connecticut and serves on the board of M.I.N.T., a children’s charity.
Richard J. Calta earned degrees in business and finance from the University of Arizona in 1984. He began his career as a sales trader for the brokerage where he executed multimillion-share orders. Mr. Calta started his own fund, Rajo Capital Management, in 1989. He resides in Payson and Paradise Valley, the board for his alma mater and chairs the volunteer board for RAG, a golden retriever rescue organization.
Justin Taylor grew up around the construction business in Payson, receiving hands-on training in just about every trade from his father, a general contractor, instilled in him the importance of honesty and integrity, and he carries those values forward in every aspect of homebuilding.
Edward M. Jim grew up on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. He has lived in Payson for 15 years, where he owns the Travel Network and is an entrepreneur. With an engineering background, Mr. Jim has a passion for construction and has been involved at Chaparral Pines and The Rim since their inception.
